if you're absolutely living a life that you're not proud of, even though you're doing the good habits, chances are its not the problems with the habit. Its a problem with you.

In life and the afterlife we have Heaven and Hell. We are going to focus today on the heaven and hell of this life. Heaven is the goals you want to achieve and your desire outcome in life. And Hell is rock bottom. When you're absolutely at rock bottom which is hell, you do bad habits, you eat junk food, you have poor sleep. That basically means you're stuck in hell. AND when you're in hell the first goal you should have is to come out of it. Because When you're in hell and you're trying to get to heaven, you're never going to make it because you don't have a solid base.
And meditating, journaling and other good habits will not be of use to you when you're in hell.
And I found 3 huge things that keeps people stuck in hell forever. And if you take away these 3 things you'll start to build your own solid base.
1- Sugar: the worlds most addictive drug which is killing humans, sugar increases your insulin , makes you have crashes and feeling anxious and sad for no reason. And when you get anxious and sad for no reason you're going to make a lot more emotional decisions, which never ends up well.
We are what we eat, garbage in, garbage out.
2- Porn: You cant expect to experience true genuine love in your life if you consume it. Us men we naturally have a goal striving mechanism. And when we consume pornography we are temporarily satisfying that goal mechanism we have towards love. And this is dangerous because the half life of that decision is very short until you crave it again. To have extreme level of focus you need to experience meaningful relationships. You must remove this at all costs.
3- Social Media - Warrent buffet was asked what was true secret to success. He mentioned it was focus. Social media stimulates your brain and kills your attention span with short form content. Its the single biggest killer to your productivity. Remove it to build your base.
Once you build a solid base, doing the good habits will become easier, and the route to heaven becomes simple.
