The way you do one thing in life, big or small, tends to show up in how you do everything else. It doesn’t matter how tiny it is – if you're messy or lazy in one area, it'll pop up in bigger stuff too.

If you're struggling in one part of your life, chances are it’s affecting other areas as well.

Start paying attention to everything you’re doing, and maybe even make a list of it. If you've taken some action, there's probably a reaction somewhere else. Being aware of these things and cleaning them up can make a huge difference.

For example, how you ride a bike or work out might be the same vibe you bring to reading a book or hanging out with friends. It’s kind of crazy to realize, but it helps you get a sense of the pace and rhythm you're living at right now.

The cool thing? You’re not stuck. You can flip things around and make changes. Seriously, nothing is off-limits to change.

Don’t feel bad if you realize there are issues to work through. The key is being aware of them so you can fix them. If you’re not happy with where you're at, change it up. If you keep doing the same things, you’ll keep getting the same results.

Make a commitment to be your best in every part of your life.

If you want to crush it in life, you’ve got to commit to being excellent in everything – from your mind and body to your fitness and daily habits. Sleep well, eat well, exercise, and drink tons of water. Sounds simple, but it’ll seriously up your focus and energy.

Keep your space tidy – whether it’s your home or your work area. A clean space is like a clean mind.

Also, clean up your phone and computer. Clear screen, no clutter. People who have 500 browser tabs open are usually frazzled and all over the place. It’s like their mind is all over the place too.

These little things add up. You want clarity, so keep your desk clean, phone organized, and ditch the unnecessary apps. I only have five apps on my phone because I don’t want it buzzing non-stop.

I don’t get notifications for anything – emails, messages, nothing. I want to stay focused and clear-headed. If everything’s constantly pinging, you’ll just get overwhelmed.

Discipline yourself. Treat your goals like they’re the real deal. If you take it seriously, the results will be insane. People who crush it do this – it’s 20% strategy and 80% mindset.
